NOTW: Essie Tart Deco

I got this polish last summer and haven't used it until now. It looks like a pastel peach color with a hint of pink in the bottle but as soon as it dries up, the color deepens to a bright neon orange! In photos it looks coral but believe me, this is as orange as it gets. I didn't appreciate it at first but this color grew on me and by the second day, I liked it! It's one of those fun bold colors.

The consistency of Essie nail polishes has been a hit or miss for me but this one was not bad. It's not as streaky as Lilicism and Neo Whimsical that's for sure. I can definitely see myself sporting Essie's Tart Deco again in the summer time. :)

My Pretty Spring Flower Nails

Perfect nails for the Spring. Flowers were painted on by my friend, Anny.

I asked for black french tips :)

You could even use light pastel colors like she did for a cute spring look.

NOTW + Lancome Gift With Purchase

I recently purchased another nude nail polish. In the bottle it looks like a dark mauvy, pinky beige but on my tanned skin it looks more pink! This is OPI - Dulce De Leche with two coats. Quite nice I'd say!

To my Canadian girls: Lancome is having their gift with purchase right now (April 15 to May 9, 2010)!

You have to purchase $34 or more to get the bonus which isn't much so that's nice! Some things that I use and recommend are:
- Bi-facil eye makeup remover
- Blanc Expert brightening foam makeup remover
- Eyeshadows
- Le crayon powder eyebrow pencil
- Definicils Mascara

That's all I've tried from Lancome haha I bought all of those in full size and used them all up. All hits here and no misses! Do you have any favorites from this brand? Let me know!

You get to choose 7 items of your choice and a cute floral makeup bag! Can you guess which color bag I'm going to get? hehe

Nee's First Fashion Post + NOTW

Current favorite nail polish: OPI- Hawaiian Orchid
Such a pretty pale barbie pink! You only need 2 coats to achieve the color of the bottle. I added Out the Door top coat and the color didn't chip on me for 3 weeks! Mind you, I don't do any heavy duty work with my hands.

Last month, I was sent clothing from hotmiamistyles.com. At first I thought all the clothing were clubbing wear but I looked through and found some cute things that I could wear day to day. Here are two of the dresses that I loved most from the haul.

More pics on my youtube channel :D

You guys should check the website out, they just put some more nice clothes that weren't available for me at the time.

Cute Guess espadrille/wedge sandals goes with almost anything I wear. The black straps makes it classy and the straw woven platform makes it very casual! Ooooh

Yeah, the wedges look small because I'm a size 5.5! My height and my feet stopped growing when I was 14 years old. So unfortunate for me because by the time I'm 50, I will only be 4 feet tall!!!

PICTURE POST: Nail Polish & Some Xmas Presents

New on the go makeup bag/traincase. I think it's cute and chic but my sisters think it looks like one of those tacky thermal lunch bags.. hmmm

From boy. I put these on my wishlist. I was only expecting one perfume (Lil' Angel) since mine ran out but he surprised me with two others. Lot's of space in the makeup bag! I'm storing some of my falsies in there for now. :D

Harajuku lovers perfume in Music, Lil' Angel, and Love. They are so cute!

I played around with my new urban decay primer potion and dior palette. I'm not very impressed with these shadows. They are kind of chalky/crumbly and not silky smooth at all. Very interesting. UDPP is somewhat drying but the colors lasts all day without creasing!

The look I came up with. I used all the colors in the palette but I think all the greys just turned out to be the same. Maybe I just suck at blending. I plan on exchanging this and getting a different palette so stay turned!

My current nails: Nicole by OPI in Turn out the Lights. A dark green with sparkles. I want to make a video tutorial on this soon even though it's so easy! It's a nice New Years look!

I love pinks! I just added one more to my pink collection. Left to right: OPI Tutti Frutti Tonga, Italian Love Affair, Hawaiian Orchid, Japanese Rose Garden (newest one), and Argenteeny Pinkini.

Last weeks nails: OPI - Japanese Rose Garden

Hope everyone is having a good day! Take care!
