-Sleek ferrule is made from recycled aluminum

(left to right) : blush brush, eyeshadow brush, concealer brush, angled eyeliner brush, brow and comb brush.

Blush Brush
This brush is insanely soft!!! I love it! It is dense and firm so it is perfect for precise application of bronzing powders. I use this to define the hollows of my cheeks.

Eyeshadow Brush
This brush is dense and soft much like the blush brush. However, I find that it doesn't pick up shadows well and is hard to blend colors with. I prefer my ELF $1 eyeshadow brush over this anytime.

Concealer Brush: (pic above)
This is my favorite out of the bunch! It's so soft .. well all of them are... but this one is the perfect shape for concealing under eyes. It's pointy at the tip and not too thin nor thick. It feels so smooth on my delicate eye area! It blends concealer easily without leaving streaks. Love this one so much! PS- There's also a foundation version of this brush which I have but haven't used.

Angled Eyeliner Brush:
I like this one too. It's stiff and really precise... it might be a bit too thick for gel or cream liners but it's great for blending eyeshadow closer to the lash line and filling in eyebrows.

Brow and Eye Comb:
Same as any other... I prefer lash combs that are made of steal/metal because I find the plastic ones like these always break off. Actually, I don't really use brow combs! I like spoolies (pic below)!
All in all, these brushes are awesome! Ecotools brushes can be found at your local drugstore. Since single brushes can cost up to $9.50 CAD, I highly recommend buying the sets that come with a hemp brush roll! If you wear mineral makeup, check out the Ecotools 5 Piece Brush Set. It comes with a Mineral Powder Brush, Concealer Brush, Eye Shading Brush, Baby Kabuki, and a brush pouch!

Until next time! Toodles!

I have this and I love it too :D I like that the blush brush is super soft but dense and firm. I'm opposite with you though on the e/s and concealer brush lol! Mine picks up color really well, so I like to use it with the ELF e/s brush too XD The concealer brush is super soft too but not as firm as I'd like :( I do wanna try the foundation one too, and the other brush set!!

I have this set and absolutely love it! I would like to get a full set of MAC brushes, but I'm not willing to shell out the cash.

I bought this set and a bronzer brush and love them all! I agree with you... The eyeshadow brush is... eh. But I heart the rest!

The Sigma pink travel set is on sale for $39.00 (or it was the other day); I'm still thinking about getting it!

Great review, homeskillet! LOL!

Thanks for sharing!
I was hesitant about trying this out. It does make more sense to buy it as a bundle instead of individually!

I have this set, too! I like the Blush brush the best.. I find myself just sweeping it all over my face because it's so soft, LOL.

I got mine at Winners!

I thought the shadow brush was crap. Didn't pick up anything for me, lol. I like the blush brush too! So soft! I prefer the 5-piece mineral set over the 6-piece. I love the mini kabuki! Great review!

i just began blogging and also using eyeshadows and such and i bought these as my first set of brushes and i love them, i do agree that i would prefer my elf brush over the eyeshadow brush as well because the eye shadow brush is just too hard! and it doesn't pick much up but yea i followed! you have a great blog here!!!

The first time I tried these brushes I could not believe the quality!
I was sort of in a pinch and just need a cheap brush, but I was pleasantly surprised to say the least!
